01Console & disc rentals
- What you get: a cleaned, updated, bench-tested console with one controller and all cables (or a sanitised, resurfaced disc). We test everything before it leaves.
- Deposit: fully refundable, paid by UPI at delivery — ₹3,000 for PS5, ₹2,000 for PS4 Pro, ₹1,500 for Xbox 360. Disc rentals carry a smaller deposit shown at checkout. It returns to your UPI as soon as we collect the item in good shape — usually within the hour.
- ID check: we photograph one government photo ID at first delivery. That's what keeps deposits small.
- Delivery & pickup: free across Dehradun. Book before 6 PM and you play the same night; later bookings arrive next morning.
- Late return: no drama — extra time is simply billed at your plan's daily rate. Tell us on WhatsApp if you want to extend; renewing to a weekly/monthly plan is usually cheaper.
- Damage: normal use is on us. Physical damage (drops, spills, deep disc scratches, missing accessories) is assessed against the deposit at repair/replacement cost, itemised on WhatsApp before anything is deducted.
- Cancellation: free any time before the rider leaves. After dispatch, one day's rent covers the trip.
02Repeat-renter perks
- After your first clean return, your deposit drops to half on every future rental.
- Every 5th rental day is free — we track it, you just remind us on WhatsApp.
- Refer a friend: when their first order completes, you both get ₹100 off your next one.
03Trade-in grading
Trade-in quotes are a percentage of that title's Mint buy-back price. The grade is agreed together at handover — the disc is inspected in front of you, in about two minutes.

| Fair | 48% | Visible scratches but tested working. Case/artwork may be missing. |
Locked quotes hold for 48 hours. If the disc grades lower in person, you get the adjusted price on the spot or keep your disc — no obligation.
04Refunds & returns
- Digital keys & top-ups: delivered on WhatsApp/email after payment. Once a code is revealed it can't be returned — but if a code is invalid or already used, we replace it or refund in full within 24 hours.
- Game discs: 48-hour testing warranty. If a disc doesn't play, swap it or take a full refund — no questions.
- Rentals: if hardware misbehaves, we swap it the same day or refund the unused full days plus the whole deposit.
- Refund route: everything comes back the way you paid — straight to your UPI.
05Privacy
- We keep what an order needs: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery area and what you ordered. Nothing is sold or shared.
- Payments are UPI, device-to-device — we never see or store card or bank details.
- The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. No ad tracking, no remarketing lists.
- ID photos taken for rentals are deleted after your final return is settled. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll confirm deletion.
